Last weekend, in recovering the situation of course changes, as described below, Donald Webster and I re-entered all scores from the Saturday and Sunday competitions into the computer and checked the cards.
WE WERE SURPRISED TO FIND THAT NEARLY 10% OF ALL CARDS OVER THE TWO WEEKEND DAYS WERE UNSIGNED.
ALL UNSIGNED CARDS ARE DISQUALIFIED.
PLEASE TAKE CARE TO ENSURE THAT YOUR CARD IS SIGNED BY BOTH PLAYER AND MARKER.
Check out the latest news from the Greens here
As of today, Tuesday 3rd June 2014, we have introduced a new pin/hole positioning system to help identify hole locations on each green. We hope the new system will be helpful to, and appreciated by, members and visitors alike. The new system is as follows:
BLUE FLAGS ON PINS = HOLE LOCATION AT FRONT OF GREEN
RED FLAGS ON PINS – HOLE LOCATION AT MIDDLE OF GREEN
YELLOW FLAGS ON PINS – HOLE LOCATION AT BACK OF GREEN
This information has also been added to the whiteboard outside the club shop as a reminder.
APCGA Friday 25th April: Great course, best greens I’ve played recently, fantastic food and ambiance.
